Help Wanted

 

8thStory  is looking for a motivated individual that is interested in the wholesale industry to assist

with the following (but not limited to):

Administrative support for wholesale sales team

Customer outreach for sales and appointments (confirmation outreach)

Responsible for organizing samples and shipments to and from showrooms.

Tracking shipments to ensure they are delivered on time

Processing return requests samples

Maintaining knowledge of all brands we carry

Assisting with maintenance and look for showroom, including steaming and hanging of samples

Greeting clients upon entrance of showroom / answering phones as needed

Other duties as requested

Requirements:

Available Monday – Friday (part time or full time available)

Bachelor’s degree preferred

1 Year of relevant experience (Sales preferred)

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong phone skills
