Assistant Account Manager

Molly Bracken, a French established fashion brand recently installed in the US, is looking for an assistant account manager to join their existing team and participate to the growth and development of the company in North America.

Duties 
n  Coordinate shipment of samples for majors 
n  Monitor Sales
n  Create sales report-Daily & Weekly
n  Analyze sales report and give interpretations
n  Analyze store performance 
n  Attend major appointments
n  Enter orders for majors
n  Supervising shipment of major orders
n  Daily exchanges with sales representative and buyers
n  Production follow up and monitoring
n  Become point of contact with buyers
n  Assist Senior Account Executive with developing strong relationships with majors
n  Provide administrative support
n  Create graphs and sales charts based on sales report
n  Develop relationship and rapport with Designated Sellers at store
n  Forecast and track Gross Margin/Gross Profit 
n  Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities
n  Assist with challenging client requests
n  Analyze pricing and negotiate
n  Follow customers products requirements and give instructions to correct parties
n  Follow customers shipping requirements and guidelines
n  Cross reference payment from majors
n  Track and fight chargebacks 
n  Work hand in hand with logistics team (EDI requirements, appointments confirmations…)

Qualifications

-       Polyvalent
-       Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-       Fluent in English (Spanish/French is a +)
-       Punctual and organized
-       Good computer skills-Excel/Word/Powerpoint/Emails
-       Experience with BIS is a plus
FULL TIME POSITION – Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm
Location: Downtown L.A
Pay will depend on profile
Travelling involved in the position 
Experience in account managing 2 years minimum
Work permit required

Customer Service Associate

Molly Bracken, a French established fashion brand recently installed in the US, is looking for a customer service associate to join their existing team and participate to the growth and development of the company in North America.

Duties
-       In charge of inbound/outbound emails
-       Responsible for incoming phone calls
-       Process payments
-       Process RA requests and issue credit memos
-       Answer customer requests via phone or email
-       Create/Update customer information on company’s system
-       Process orders 
-       Contact for shipment and payments
-       Participate to national shows if required

Qualifications

-       Eager to work in a growing company
-       Polyvalent
-       Excellent customer service skills
-       Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-       Fluent in English (Spanish/French is a +)
-       Punctual and organized

-       Smartsheet/Blastramp experience is a plus
