Job Description
Fashion Office Assistant / Data Entry Clerk
Contemporary Women’s Showroom in downtown Los Angeles is looking for a full time Order Entry Clerk. Qualified candidates will possess at least a year of previous Data Entry experience. Must be able to complete tasks quickly and an attention to detail is requisite. Experience with Showroom Exchange preferred but not required.
Data Entry Duties:
-data entry for all New York, Los Angeles, Paris and other regional market orders in both dollar and euro currencies
-revise and cancel orders in the system
-order scan management
-adding new account information such as addresses, phone numbers, etc.., for our US and International customers
-light filing
-answering phones
Skills and Qualifications Required:
-Positive attitude, ambitious and takes initiative
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Detail oriented and thoroughness
-Analyzing information
-Results driven
-Strong organizational and managerial skills
-Adequate typing speed
-A working knowledge of Social Media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram)
-MS Office literate (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
-HS Diploma or equivalent
