Sales / Design Associate Position F/T

Better contemporary women’s apparel brand seeking professional candidate with sales experience for FT position at corporate office in Torrance. Candidate must be high energy, enthusiastic and tech savvy with some apparel experience.

Responsibilities include:

·      Daily management of sales representatives, key accounts, team communication, etc.

·      Initiate sales goals, analyze sales reports + distribution, identifying key acct targets, etc.

·      Attend and prepare for national tradeshows (Project Vegas/ Coterie NY) including appointment schedule, line preparation, shipping, logistics, etc.

·      Attend and participate in National Sales Meeting + Product Presentation w/ CEO

·      Manage follow through on Private label business i.e., fit samples/comments/ photo samples, etc.

Design:

·      Work with Design Director to identify trend/ inspiration/forecast/ color palette /prints/ new silhouettes/trim

·      Communicate w/ China sourcing direction

·      Manage the negotiation sheet/ Stylemaster spreadsheets and Joor/ line sheet cross reference and maintenance.
