SEEKING PRODUCTION COORDINATOR  

The Manufacturing Coordinator will oversee our Los Angeles production operations.  We are looking for a full-time, super-efficient, hard-working team member who will break out each cutting, sewing, and finishing operation and will scrutinize our production processes for efficiency and increased productivity. The role includes strategizing production of specific styles and their individual production steps, adhering to a strict time and action calendar, and delivering product on time as specified.

Responsibilities

·         Manage and oversee cutting, sewing and finishing

·         Work closely with team to understand deliverables

·         In charge of production planning

·         Break out monthly, weekly, and daily deliveries, and adhere to production targets per operation

·         Increase efficiency, profitability, and productivity across all factory floor operations

·         Compile labor costing per style

·         Adhere to and ensure highest quality standards

Qualifications

·         Experience in contemporary woven and knit production, preferably in Los Angeles

·         Must have exceptionally strong technical background, to include breakdown of sewing operations, specs, and an understanding of patterns

·         Comfortable in Spanish

·         Strong organizational skills and an obsession with efficiency

·         Extreme attention to detail and maintaining accuracy

·         Ensure and maintain harmonious and positive working environment

·         Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently

·         Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

·         Proficient basic Office and mail applications (Mac)

·         Extremely honest and trustworthy with highest integrity
