Title: Sales and Customer Support

Primary Function: Key liaison between customers, sales associates, HQ and international freight carriers with capability of moving into a sales position within 15-18 months

Job Duties

·        Contribute to high customer satisfaction

·        Support sales team in daily duties especially when sales team is traveling

·       Maintains customer order records and keep account information updated

·       Must be detailed oriented and quick with accuracy while processing PO’s, customer and salesman needs through our online software

·       Process and enter purchase orders accurately through our online software

·       Update customers with shipping details once their order has left the facility

·       Recommends potential products or services by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs

·       Prepare product and service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information

·        Develop familiarity with International Shipping Incoterms

·       Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

·        Manage showroom and handle daily office tasks such as answering phones, shipping boxes, receiving shipments, etc.

·        Travel internationally for training and sales meetings

Job Qualifications

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills

·         Proficient with ALL Microsoft applications and Internet Explorer

·         Experience in order entry and customer service is a plus

·         Must be able to learn two product lines per year

·         Problem Solving
