Description:  Customer Service Representative for Denim Mill
Job Duties
·         Maintains customer records by updating account information
·         Must be detailed oriented and quick with accuracy while processing PO’s, customer and salesman needs through our online software
·         Process and enter purchase orders accurately through our online software
·         Must be familiar with International Shipping Incoterms
·         Key liaison between customers, sales associates, HQ, and International Freight Carriers
·         Update customers with shipping details once their order has left the facility
·         Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
·         Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
·         Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
·         Support sales team in daily duties especially when sales team is traveling
·         Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Job Qualifications

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills
·         Proficient with ALL Microsoft applications and Internet Explorer
·         Experience in order entry and customer service is a major plus
