Customer service/sales assistant
Ideal candidate would have experience working at least 2 years + at a consumer products company in the wholesale space. Along with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and re-prioritize as appropriate and keep all the relevant parties updated on status.
Be self motivated, have strong research and communication capabilities, a personable demeanor and be a team player!
*Answering incoming calls, returning calls, corresponding emails
* Process purchase orders and set up new accounts
* Data entry/ knowledge of UPS/FedEx ship manager
* You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key accounts, reps, and customers.
Must be proficient in Quickbooks, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
