Wholesale Accounts Manager Position

Description

SpiritHoods is looking someone to fill the position of a wholesale accounts manager. The Accounts Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction and managing accounts. The Accounts Manager is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the Accounts Manager should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

Abilities
1. Must have a high capacity for multi-tasking
2. Must communicate well 
3. Must have creative problem solving
4. Must have working knowledge of excel and other basic computer programs
5. Must have the ability to adapt to unforeseen changes and problems

Responsibilities
1. To have an in-depth knowledge of our online ordering system.
2. To have an intimate knowledge of the SpiritHoods product line.
3. To have an extensive knowledge of domestic/international shipping methods.
4. To maintain accurate and organized documentation of billing and shipping information.
5. To effectively communicate daily performance by producing all necessary reports.
6. To ensure that client issues or technical issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Floor Manager of any problems that may arise.
7. To approve changes made to orders and invoices and be responsible for payment collection.
8. To communicate consistently and effectively with the external sales team.
