Hatch is Looking for a part time Accounts receivable/ Customer service person for an established company.
Responsibilities will include:
Maintaining bookkeeping spreadsheets, updating information as needed.
Communicating with clients and customers to request and arrange payments.
Recording and tracking payment.
Updating client accounts based on payments.
Adjusting and troubleshooting orders to resolve shipment issues.
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, accuracy to attention and detail, Proficiency with Excel is a must.
