Good Morning Cooper Community

  As you know, our next Market Week begins June 15th and is scheduled to run through June 18th.  Of course, this year will be very different.  The Cooper building will be open, and we are informed that New Mart and CMC will be as well.  With that in mind, please know that we will be open and ready to support you as follows: 

1)            Our greeter table will be staffed and manned as usual in the lobby.

2)            Our same common area social distancing protocols and restrictions will continue to be in place and the building common areas will continue to be regular cleaned and disinfected throughout the day.

3)            Masks must be worn by all visitors as well as all tenants and support staff.

4)            We strongly encourage all participants to make use of predefined appointment times to help limit traffic not only in our common areas, but in your own spaces as well.  Social distancing protocols apply inside all individual  showrooms!

5)            Parking will be on a first come first served basis and there will be no valet parking, so please keep that in mind.  You may need to remind your guests and visitors that they may need to park in other adjacent lots.
