ROLE OVERVIEW
To embrace the company values and consistently communicate in a positive and collaborative manner

ADMINISTRATIVE
- Dropbox filing: active/potential/dormant (for easy cross reference)
- liaise: Lena, showroom
- tradeshow pprwrk: 2x per year oversee Aa-Z
- depositing checks
- ad hoc administrative duties

INVENTORY
- track & process deliveries
- log inventory
- create SKU log
- pack & send UPS/DHL PD orders
- photograph mdse/keep visual file of all inventory

OUTREACH
- create a schedule of mailings (Mailchimp)
- research IG/online sales leads to discover stockists/new shops etc
- follow up/relationship cultivation


EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

Professional, with a collaborative nature.
An excellent communicator who is able to manage a diverse workload. Enthusiastic and dedicated, with a ‘can
do attitude.
A good understanding of the LSJ Brand, its product and design aesthetic.
Good understanding of the development and design processes.
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Computer proficient (MS Office, Excel skills) with strong organisational skills.
Natural troubleshooter.
Initiative.
