Seeking Data Entry ShowroomAssistant:
• Women's Contemporary Showroom
We are seeking a data entry and assistant sales rep, ideally with showroom experience. Ginny Wong Showroom has been in business for over 20 years. This person will be responsible for inputting sale orders into our system, organizing samples, cold calling, sending email blast and assisting senior rep with selling our multiple brands across the nation, a self starter and independent thinker who can solve problems and juggle priorities.
This role is for an immediate hire.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administrative duties
- Data entry
- Making Road Appointments
- Customer Service
- Sample Coordination
- Must respond to phone and email inquires about brands
- Assisting Senior Rep with Sales
• Assisting with basic showroom tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge and love of fashion
- Minimum 1 year of data entry experience
- Extremely organized and maintains strong attention to detail
- Strong ability to prioritize workload
- Excel knowledge
- Knowledge of Showroom Exchange and Nuorder a plus but not required
