Account Executive

Frank & Eileen has an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive to join our sales team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience as an Account Executive in the women's contemporary market. Executive will report directly to the Sales Director and be responsible for maximizing growth with both existing and new accounts for their assigned territory. The role requires a high level of personal accountability and deep understanding of teamwork and relationship building both internally and externally.
Position:
  • Maintain key wholesale account relationships for Frank & Eileen and TEE LAB for assigned territory.
  • Secure and build new business by researching new distribution opportunities with a focus on long- term, sustained growth.
  • Strategize with Sales Director on initiatives to increase and maximize sales and meet plans and goals.
  • Analyze inventory levels and create weekly campaigns to target re-orders.
  • Ability to project sales units for future and in-season business.
  • Participate in seasonal store visits with key accounts to deliver product knowledge, merchandising
    guidelines, and participate in events.
  • Maintain all sales data documents and template with current account information.
  • Prepare hindsight reports to identify best sellers and slow sellers both at market and in season.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels for showroom supplies daily and in preparation for markets. Aid in
    market preparation to ensure the showroom is well merchandised with all needed materials for sales
    and hosting clients.
  • Provide extraordinary support and maintain high quality brand image and customer service to all
    accounts at all times.
  • Manage and maintain day-to-day operations and needs of New York showroom.
  • Represent the core values of Frank & Eileen and communicate goals and initiatives effectively.
    Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience as an Account Executive for RTW women's contemporary collections.
  • Industry network and established wholesale relationships.
  • Strong determined work ethic, keen eye for detail and penchant for learning.
  • Excellent presentation and sales skills.
  • Entrepreneurial and dynamic mindset.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically knowledge and use of Excel.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
