Under the direction of Chloe Lonsdale, Founder and Chief Creative Officer, the brand continues to develop its distinctive signature products with perfect fits and innovative washes.

At the centre of the brand’s approach is a desire to create products that people love living in and a commitment to denim design that goes beyond the material to capture a free-spirited emotion that has lasting character.

Job Overview and Objectives

Over few months you will learn:

• About the brand identity
• The target customer
• Exactly what happens on a sales appointment
• All the systems necessary to keep an organized sales office- managing samples, production sheets and contact databases.
• How a business operates on an everyday basis.

You will also:

• Become familiar with all of the M.i.h Jeans collections.
• Become familiar with differences in season, style, fabric and code descriptions.
• Become confident in making decisions. 
• Prepare Product Knowledge Packs
• Place calls to current and prospective stockists to follow-up on sales invites and news in order to build up and continue a personal relationship with them.
• Assist in the development and execution of plans, events, and activities to promote M.i.h Jeans.
• Research subjects requested by the Sales team.
• Assist with the coordination and development of databases and update the information periodically.
• Work directly with the UK PR team managing sample send outs
• Organize PR gifting seasonally
• Managing the PR and Sales sample sets and log
• Work within a focused team, alongside both UK PR team and US Sales team

Key Responsibilities

·       The most important role of the Showroom Intern is to make sure the showroom always looks perfect and that all samples are accounted for

·       Greeting accounts before meetings

·       Managing the Sales and PR samples

The Sales intern will also assist the UK PR team, in everyday tasks such as sending out samples and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Reporting to: Logistics Manager

• About the brand identity
• Exactly what a Logistic role entails
• All the systems necessary to keep an organized sales office- Full Circle, Joor and contact databases
• About EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) communication with our partners
• How a business operates on an everyday basis

You will also:

• Become familiar with all of the M.i.h Jeans collections.
• Become familiar with differences in season, style, fabric and code descriptions.
• Become confident in making decisions. 
• Assist with the coordination and development of databases and update the information periodically.
• Work within a focused team, alongside the US Team

Key Responsibilities

• Checking in returns and organising for these to be sent down to the warehouse with correct packing lists which will then be filed here.
• Entering and checking orders, RMA’s
• Processing Invoices and credit notes
• Managing and updating online style catalogue (GXS, Intertrade)
• Coordinating shipments and helping manage inbound/outbound from warehouse
• Organising the archive room and samples
