Help Wanted

A Pasadena based branded fashion jewelry company is looking for a part-time office assistant to join their team. This position will assist the Operations Manager to ensure that the office runs smoothly. Duties include, but are not limited to, preparing orders for shipment, entering orders into QuickBooks, invoicing orders, tagging and prepping product for shipment and assisting in all aspects of the shipping process. Familiarity with Tradestone and EDI a plus. 

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a positive "can do" attitude, who is comfortable in a fast paced environment. You must be detail oriented and able to multi-task.

This position is a part-time position, with hours varying from 2-3 days a week. Salary is commensurate with experience.
