West Coast:

Donni Charm, a Los Angeles based contemporary accessory brand, is looking for an experienced and fashion forward West Coast Sales Representative to work out of our LA headquarters. The ideal candidate will have pre-existing relationships with retailers/dept. stores & boutiques as well as previous fashion showroom/wholesales experience and complete knowledge of the industry. Other ideal attributes include a strong sense of merchandising, excellent organizational and communication skills, and must have the ability to work as a team.  We are looking for a passionate individual to join our close-knit, fun, family!  

Duties:
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients/wholesale accounts
- Open new wholesale accounts within West Coast territory 
- Conduct 4+ annual markets a year
- Plan, execute and attend trade shows to solicit orders
- Implement creative sales strategies to maximize sell-in and sell-thru
- Perform weekly merchandising trips to local accounts
- Develop product knowledge trainings and present them in-store 
- Analyze selling on style and price levels to assist in merchandising of the collection
- Exhibit the Donni Charm brand's core values in the sales representative role

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in business management/retail merchandising, or similar
-Minimum 2 years experience in wholesale sales/showroom
-Knowledge and understanding of product features, fashion trends, and general industry terms and methods including knowledge and understanding of Contemporary Women's Apparel and Merchandising
-Drive to meet and exceed performance expectations
-Must work well under pressure to meet deadlines
-Must be able to travel domestically to fashion shows (Dallas, Chicago, New York, Atlanta market weeks etc.)
-Proficient in Microsoft office programs such as excel, outlook, power point, etc
-Proficient in wholesale ordering system, ie. Joor or similar a plus
-Good problem solving skills, and ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment
-Superior presentation/public speaking skills
-Excellent communication skills

East Coast
