ExciTED for a new opportunity? Ted is looking for a Women’s Wholesale Assistant to join their growing wholesale team!

Duties include but not limited to:

·         Support coordination with product placement and trustee appointments during key market times

·         Coordinate sample preparation for Account Executives for travels and in the local showrooms

·         Enter orders for each seasonal market

·         Liaise with Allocations/Planning department to ensure drop/ship and procedures are in place for particular product category

·         Follow up with trustees on sales trend and customer response

·         Gather and enter weekly, monthly and seasonal sales figures

Ideal candidates will have:

·         Previous internship experience in wholesale

·         Very Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook programs

·         Strong interpersonal skills

·         Strong communication and follow up via phone and email

• Strong passion and enthusiasm
• Ability to work in a team environment
