ExciTED for a new
opportunity? Ted is
looking for a Jr. Wholesale Allocator to support the growing business and team.
Responsibilities
include but not limited to:

To
ensure the smooth running of the allocation and delivery of stock to Ted’s
trustees, making sure stock is sent on time in the best possible way
- Provide and review pick/pack report status with US Wholesale Operations Manager
- Provide weekly delivery and shipping updates to US Wholesale Team
- Review eta dates for US Wholesale dockets and flagging to UK Office where there are concerns
- Run Trustee delivery schedules on a weekly basis
- Executing US Wholesale Orders and Processing
- This includes EDI/GXS/Intertrade
- Process Repeat orders for all
- Using eZCom to virtually pack orders, create shipping labels, and packing slips so inventory shipped out matches what is invoiced
- Create and process return authorizations
- Combining and separating all despatches as needed
- Reviewing all incoming dockets and planning a season accordingly
- Ensure fulfilment of US sales orders
- Initial point of contact for US team on order queries
- Liaison between US team, UK Team, and warehouses
- Initial point of contact for Trustee’s on standard operational queries
- Assist Sales Team in processing all orders as needed on CIMS
- Manage inventory as needed for trustees
- Complete CIMS housekeeping
Ideal candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience in a professional, fast paced setting
- Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point)
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Candidate should be take initiative, proactive and take personal accountability
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
