Help Wanted



OFFICE ASSISTANT (PASADENA, CA)

A wholesale jewelry company is currently looking for an individual to add to our growing business. Duties include, but not limited to, answering phone calls, doing data entries, processing sales orders & invoices, labeling & preparing merchandise for shipping. This position requires an individual who is familiar with EDI processing, is highly detail oriented, able to manage his/her work with little supervision, and a swift learner.

Requirements:

            - Have at least one year office experience (Quick books knowledge is a plus)
            - Have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
            - Have excellent keyboard speed and efficiency
      - Have strong organizational skills and ability to stay on task
      - College graduate preferred, but will consider someone who meets the above                              requirements

This is a part-time position, 20-24 hours a week, Monday-Friday. However, the position can potentially develop to a full-time.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience
