Help Wanted

Place Showroom, a better contemporary multi-line showroom, is seeking an experienced Controller to join the team. Duties include but are not limited to, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasts, bookkeeping, managing human resources, supervising employees, drafting contract to outside parties, and establishing internal controls.

  Candidate shall also be responsible for: 

  Collaborating with Sales Managers with developing budgets and forecasts for the Sales Team

  Updating the weekly forecast model and analyzing seasonal sales

  Generating reports in Showroom Exchange

  Analyzing profitability by brand 

  Updating expenses and implementing cost savings initiatives

  Completing monthly commission reports for Sales Representatives

  Processing bi-weekly payroll

Qualifications: 

§  Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting/finance

§  Management experience preferred

§  Must be proficient in MS Office, with an emphasis in Excel

§  Proficient with Mac and Windows operating systems

§  Strong analytical skills

§  Deadline driven

§  Detail oriented and organized

§  Ability to Multi-task
