BOND SHOWROOM is a multi-line Contemporary Women’s apparel showroom based in Los Angeles. BOND represents both American and International emerging designers with a unique design aesthetic and brand identity. We are looking for a fashion forward, detail oriented, hard working part-time or full-time showroom sales intern to join our team immediately. You will have the opportunity to work in a close knit environment with the flexibility to take on various responsibilities and create your own position. The internship requires a commitment of at least 3 days/week. You will also be required to work the fashion trade markets each season.  It is unpaid but we are offering great resume building experience and/or college credit.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

· Assisting sales reps

· Assisting with market appointments & tradeshows

· Writing and processing purchase orders for buyers

· Creating and updating databases

· Sending & creating email blasts

· Updating Facebook, Twitter, and other various social media outlets

· Sending lookbooks to potential buyers

· Merchandising and maintaining the showroom

· Hanging and steaming samples

· Working with PR agencies and sending samples

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Must be proactive and be able to think outside the box

· Must be able to take initiative

· Detail oriented & organized

· MAC Proficient

· Microsoft Office Proficient

· Adobe Photoshop-a plus

· Bilingual in Japanese-a plus
