Clare Vivier is looking for Assistant to the Wholesale Account Manager.

 

Essential Job Functions: 

- Assisting wholesale account manager with order entry, store and showroom communications

-Organize shipping team, while providing detailed quality control 

-Facilitate inventory maintenance

-Customer service

-Coordinate consignment accounts

 

Requirements: 

-Experience in fashion/retail

-Proficient with Excel

- 2+ years higher education preferred 

 

Qualifications: 

• Extremely detail oriented 

• Ability to be well organized in a fast paced environment 

• Effective at conflict resolution 

• Ability to multi-task, manage high pressure situations and tight deadlines 

• High ethic standards and personal qualities 

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
