SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

Paul & Joe Sister : Established French luxury apparel company is seeking a sales associate for WHOLESALE selling with an IMMEDIATE opening in Downtown, Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have wholesale selling experience with high end products in the contemporary world. Must be extremely comfortable and confident speaking on the phone and in person. Must be detail oriented, hard working, dependable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

. Establish relationship with Department store buyers (such as Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus and Barneys) on the East & West Coast and specialty stores . Contact regular and prospective customers to show products, explain product features, and solicit orders.

. Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following

leads from existing clients, and attending   trade shows.

. Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and credit terms.

. Provide customers with line sheets and look books.

. Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.

Requirements:

. Must have 3+ years experience with wholesale selling high-end contemporary fashion brands . Must possess excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal . Must have reliable transportation for road trips . Needs to have a very flexible schedule . Must attend all tradeshows and markets such as Coterie, Intermezzo, Project, etc.

. Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat . Must have references from past wholesale work

Compensation: This is a full time position. Fixed salary + commission.
