Are you interesTED in fashion? Ever wanted to be a part of a Wholesale team? If so, TED BAKER LONDON currently has a Product Allocator position open for the US Wholesale division. Obviously some wholesale experience will be a plus, but just as important is your sparkling personality and hard-working ethos.

TED’s US Product Allocator

Working within the US Wholesale division of the business, the team’s Product Allocator will be assisting with the day-to-day operational activity of building TED in the US and will report directly to the US Logistics/Operations Manager.

Main Responsibilities

• To ensure the smooth running of the allocation and delivery of stock to TED’s Specialty trustees, making sure stock is sent on time in the most efficient way possible
• Provide daily delivery and shipping updates to US Wholesale Team and UK Office
• Complete a weekly Trade Pack
• Initial point of contact for US and UK team and Specialty trustees on order queries and standard operational queries
• Assist Sales Team in processing all orders on CIMS, including cancellations, repeat orders and substitutions
• Office management duties: manage stock room, order supplies, book travel, weekly schedules, book cleaners, showroom cleanliness, etc.
• Assist EVP: analytical business reports, booking domestic/international travel, maintain calendar and contact list, managing expenses, making reservations (rental car, restaurants), etc.

General

• Regular contact with 3^rd Party Shipper (Future Forwarding)

• Excel – Professional level
• Numerate
