How it works for vendors:
LoftSEVEN is a brand new private penthouse in Historic Downtown LA. As a welcome to the community,
we are doing a series of activities just for those who live/work in the neighborhood. The first is a series of sample sales (the second Sunday of every month). If you have an apparel, footwear or accessory line and live/work in the neighborhood, we’d like to invite you to show for free.
We Provide -
• An amazing space to show off your line
(8’x8’ per vendor)
• Great Djs through out the day to set the mood
• A variety of drinks to keep the guests happy
(yes alcoholic)
You Provide -
• Someone to sell your items
(although we’re sure they sell themselves)
• A table or way to display your products
• All your friends to add to the fun and help your
fellow Downtown designers
How sales work
To keep things simple, and because people who know more than us do it this way….
1. You sell an item and write up a receipt
2. Your lucky customer will find one of our roving sales girls with wireless CC processors (and old fashioned cash)
3. They process the payment and stamp the receipt
4. Your customer hands you the receipt and you hand them the merchandise
5. We tally the receipts with you the following day and cut you a check!
(we take 15% of the sales to cover processing)
